I selected one article at a time and added my brief interpretations as an ECM clinician. In addition to medical articles, sometimes I also wrote things I had felt or learned during group practice with colleagues in the clinic and key points that should be taught, while I also selected some recommendable books and added my commentary based on an in-depth analysis.” from Preface
